Visibility without remediation is noise
Security teams do not lack findings. They lack fixes. The industry spent a decade improving discovery: scanners, posture management, attack surface tools. Each one surfaces more findings than any team can work through, and the backlog grows faster than the fixing. Known risks sit open, waiting on tickets, change windows, and cross-team approvals that rarely close.
The bottleneck moved from detection to remediation, and attackers know it. As they turn frontier models on exploit development, the time between a disclosure and a working exploit keeps shrinking, while the fix still waits on a change-approval meeting. That gap is where breaches happen.
Reclaim built its product to close that gap. Now it is scaling the team that brings it to market.
Who Stephen Wadsworth is
Stephen Wadsworth joins Reclaim as Vice President of Sales, based in Boston, leading US go-to-market. He brings nearly two decades of cybersecurity sales leadership, with a consistent pattern: he builds revenue engines for early-stage security companies at the moment their categories break out.
He was an early sales leader at Luminate Security through its acquisition by Symantec, and most recently led sales at Entitle through its acquisition by BeyondTrust. His career also includes leadership roles at Threat Stack, Banyan Security, and Cyolo.
Why this hire, why now
Wadsworth frames the market shift in the language CISOs use.
I’ve spent my career skating to where the puck is going. CISOs don’t need more security tools, they need more value from what they already pay for. Every CISO I’ve spoken to in the last 6–12 months is tired of being told they have more problems to fix. The market is hungry for outcomes. As adversaries increasingly abuse frontier models at scale, continuous, real-time prevention needs to be the focus, and Reclaim is built to turn findings into implemented fixes without disruption.

For co-founder and CEO Barak Klinghofer, the hire scales execution to match the product.
Stephen has built the sales organizations behind some of the most consequential security companies of the last decade. The industry has spent ten years getting better at finding and prioritizing exposures and barely moved on fixing them. Visibility without remediation is noise. With Stephen leading sales, we’re scaling the team that fixes what everyone else only finds.

What Reclaim does
Reclaim runs on the security stack a company already owns. Its AI Security Engineer discovers exposures across endpoint, email, identity, browser, and cloud, plans business-aware fixes, and executes them under the customer’s approval boundaries. Before any change runs, PIPE™, the Productivity Impact Prediction Engine, predicts its business impact, and every remediation stays reversible. Across more than 60,000 automated remediations in the trailing twelve months, Reclaim recorded zero production-impacting changes.
Customers including Telit Cinterion, Competitive Power Ventures, and Eastern Pacific Shipping use Reclaim to turn lists of findings into implemented fixes. Eastern Pacific Shipping reached initial proof of value in 10 days.
The appointment follows a period of momentum. In March 2026, Reclaim raised a $20M Series A led by Acrew Capital, with participation from QP Ventures and Ibex Investors, bringing total funding to $26M. The market got good at finding exposures. Reclaim is building the go-to-market to help enterprises fix them.
